Homeschool Special Events

South Florida Homeschool Resource Center offers Fabulous Friday Special Events in Central-Broward County; however, we have students from all over Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach attending. Friday events are either academic or seasonal. You NEED to come out to experience it! All kids are celebrated and have a tremendous time!

Fabulous Friday academic events are where students prepare in advance and come together to present and share their newly gained knowledge. Academic Friday events have included the Scripps National Spelling Bee, Living Wax Museum, Science Fair, Battle of the Books, Heritage Day, etc.

Fabulous Friday social events, which are just plain fun! At these events, there are typically stations, games, and more based on what the theme is. Social Friday events have included Fall Festival, Winter Extravaganza, Krafty Kids, Pal-entines Party, Field Day, Legopalooza, STEM Fest, Passport to Success, and more!

On average, over 80% of the FABULOUS FRIDAY events sell out – be sure to register early!
