Palm Beach County Interest Form

Please click the appropriate button above to access our initial group learning intake form for our Palm Beach County location.

If we determine there is space available in the appropriate cohort, we will contact you schedule a meeting. Prior to the meeting you will need to complete our detailed application, and submit a non-refundable $250 registration fee via our online invoicing system. Completion of the application and payment of the $250 registration fee are required prior to this meeting.

Additionally, please note that a deposit of $2000.00 per child, or payment of the upcoming year’s tuition in full (minus a 10% prepayment discount) will be due with your child’s signed group learning contract. Your paid deposit holds your child’s space in our program.

As stated above, both the fee and deposit are non-refundable, but they are reimbursable expenses for parents receiving either the FES-UA or PEP scholarships via Step Up for Students.

Please remember enrollment into SFLHRC’s Palm Beach County group learning program is limited to a small group for each cohort/level.

After we receive your response via the interest form, a member of the leadership team will contact you to schedule a meeting, provided there is space in the appropriate cohort.
